This database is compiled with features of all Campynet (CNET) strains, a Campylobacter reference strain set that is now hosted by DSMZ (search term: “campynet”).

Most data on these strains were generated in the original Campynet project and in Campynet II (an EU FP6 “MedVetNet” project). A searchable version of the web-based CAMPYNET database is additionally hosted by CBS and can be accessed via:
