The Head of the Centre is responsible for and will call in regular panel meetings each quarter of a year. Meetings will cover

• results of communication of the Head or others with the competent persons at FAO, Rome
• current state of running projects
• information/ planning of new projects and on finalization of others
• monitoring progress of work plan

Activities planned and projects intended

Projects may be carried out by one of the members of the FAO Reference Centre for VPH alone or in cooperation. In every case, a written report is required, containing
