The Head of the Centre is responsible for and will call in regular panel meetings at monthly intervals. Meetings will cover

  • Results of communication of the Head or others with the competent persons at FAO/ Rome
  • Current state of running projects
  • Information/ planning of new projects and on finalization of others
  • Monitoring progress of work plan

Activities planned and Projects intended

  • Project may be carried out by one of the Panel Members alone or in cooperation. In every case, a written report is required, containing
  • the initiative or a request from abroad,
  • the cooperation partner(s),
  • the task
  • the consecutive procedure and the results.

An Archive will be established containing all requests, solutions, projects and other activities.
