The Institute of Animal Nutrition offers Bachelor- and Master theses in the field of animal nutrition.The topics are diverse and are based on current research projects in molecular biology, microbiology, immunology, histologie and physiology (f.i. antibiotic resistance development, inhibition of bacterial pathogens in farm animals, mode of action of pre- and probiotics, development of the neonatal microbiota and -immunology, bacterial carbohydrate fermentation).
We offer excellent laboratory equipment and infrastructure that can be used to work with advanced methods. Interested parties should have a basic knowledge in laboratory work and the motivation to work on a defined scientific topic. The willingness to work full-time is assumed. .
